We’ll ask you lots of (easy!) questions about you and your business, so we can make a website for you that looks good and does the job. What services do you offer? What colors do you like? And so on. Absolutely nothing technical.

• Can I cancel my subscription at anytime? Yes. You can cancel anytime and there are no cancellation fees or penalties.
  
  
• I have my own host. Do I have to use yours? Yes, in order for us to properly and efficiently manage all clients' requests.
• Do you offer discounts for nonprofits/not-for-profits? No, our discounted monthly plan is already deeply discounted.
  
  
• What happens if I don't like the design you created? There are no commitments to your plan, so its in our best interest to keep trying until we make it right.
  
  
• Are there upfront fees? With as little as $100 payment deposit and first month service fee ($64.99), we start spending hours building and customizing your website. We even configure the hosting and domain name. You can even switch to year plan afterwards to receive the discount displayed.
